Visitor Pre-registration

You can follow the instructions on our website for visitor pre-registration. During the event, you could go to the onsite overseas/group visitor registration counter with your registration form and business cards to collect your visitor badges and materials.

The instructions are below:

2. Print out your confirmation email and bring it with you to the event

3. Apply for visa invitation letter (before June 15) download here: Invitation letter application Form

4. Go to the onsite overseas visitor registration counter with your confirmation email to collect your visitor badge and materials
