Deadline for application: August 15, 2019

Submit materials include:

1. Invitation application form: 1 form for each person

2. Passport copy (It is recommended that your passport is valid for at least six months following your travel.)

3. Previous visa copies

Please submit all the required documents and email it back to office@chinahospeq.com. It will usually take around 5-7 work days before the authorization procedure is completed. We will send you the scanned copy of the governmental authorized invitation letter for visa purpose as soon as possible.

If you need original letter, we will send you by EMS free of charge; for DHL users, please provide DHL account number.
